Something that every human has experienced is self-doubt. I find myself second guessing or turning down opportunities for a myriad of dumb reasons. However, as I gain more years under my belt I’m quicker to recognize the moments I do this. Recognize and compartmentalize my fear and logic. I don’t always win these battles but it’s about winning the war, right?

This was inspired by a talk with a close friend of mine and his experience with depersonalization. How he sometimes felt like a back seat passenger and someone else was at the wheel.

This was made during my severe insomnia period; from a rare night where I dreamt. This was not exactly what I dreamt as there wasn’t really a visual. This was depicted from a feeling of energy and the rippling it had into the universe. (Click on image to see timelapse).
